2000年初期から秋葉原に通い、秋葉原の観光案内所でアルバイトを経験。
服飾デザイン系四大卒業後、アパレル商社にて秋葉原の旅行会社の事業立上げと新人ガイド教育を担当。
日本・秋葉原やポップカルチャーに特化したイベントを企画・出展。海外では台湾・香港・南米チリSUPER JAPAN EXPO等ポップカルチャーイベントへの出演。
2017年2月にツアーガイドと卒業し『株式会社秋コレ』を設立。
2013年～ツアーガイド経験を活かして『AKIBA Guide Book』シリーズをコミックマーケットで頒布。
2016年～ガイドブックでは伝えられない秋葉原エピソードを盛り込んだオリジナル小説『あきかふぇぷろじぇくと』原作運営
秋葉原に住み、秋葉原地域の町会に在籍し、秋葉原に会社を設立するくらいの秋葉原好き。
リアル秋葉原情報を発信しているフリーペーパー『秋コレ』（三万部発行）の執筆・発行。秋葉原の地域に根差した情報発信をメインに活動している。
学生時代、アニメ・漫画等のおかげでたくさんの元気や勇気をもらった聖地である秋葉原の素敵な場所やエピソードを発信中！
可愛いスイーツ・ファッション研究・イラスト・歌・ダンス・創作活動などが好き。

Profile

Moved to Akihabara since the beginning of 2000s, Ruki Akiba has worked as a part-time tour guide at a tour information center based there.
Later that period, Akiba developed her tour guide business at company based in Akihabara with training new tour guides, also involving event planning and exhibitions of specialized Akihabara society and Pop cultures. Recently she has her appearances at pop culture events, such as Chile SUPER JAPAN EXPO, events at Taiwan and Hong Kong, etc.
Akiba graduated from the tour guide company in February 2017, and established her own company "Akicolle".
Akiba also started releasing her "AKIBA Guide Book" series at Comic Market since 2013 with her tour guide experiences.
Expanding the stories in Akihabara beside the guide book series, Akiba also began her original novel project called "AkiCafe Project" since 2016.
Akiba now is an Akihabara expert who currently lives in Akihabara and is a member of local community association, with interested in establishing company at there.
Recently, Akiba writes and distributes "AkiColle" papers, a free newspaper mainly aims to the news of current Akihabara status. The paper has 30,000 prints at each issue in Akihabara region.
Akiba interested in fashion study, illustrations, songs, dancing and other creativity activities, etc.

輪廓

西元2000年初期開始就常到秋葉原逛，在秋葉原的觀光導覽處打工。
之後擔任位於秋葉原的某間旅行社的業務及新進導遊培訓，規劃及參展各種著重於推廣日本與秋葉原、Pop文化的活動。海外活動方面有參與過台灣、香港、南美智利Super Japan Expo等等Pop文化的活動。
2017年2月從導遊身分畢業，成立『Akicolle有限公司』。
2013年起活用從事導遊的經驗，自費出版『AKIBA Guide Book』系列書籍，於Comic Market會場參展。
2016年起開始撰寫滿載了在導覽手冊中難以傳達的各種秋葉原趣事的原創小說『Akicafe Project』。
喜歡秋葉原的程度高到直接住在秋葉原，有加入秋葉原地區的里民會，還在秋葉原開公司。負責編寫及發行傳達第一手秋葉原資訊的免費期刊『Akicolle』（在秋葉原地區發行量約20000冊），以傳遞紮根在秋葉原地區的資訊為主來進行各種活動。
平常喜歡從事的是時尚研究、插畫、唱歌、舞蹈、創作活動等等。
