2000年初期から秋葉原に通い、秋葉原の観光案内所にてメイド姿での案内メイドとなる。
服飾デザイン系四大卒業後、アパレル商社に就職。同時に個人事業主として秋葉原をテーマにしたイベントの企画運営を行う。
2013年～秋葉原の旅行会社のツアー事業立上げと新人ガイド教育を担当。
日本・秋葉原やポップカルチャーに特化したイベントを企画・出展。海外では台湾・香港・南米チリSUPER JAPAN EXPO等ポップカルチャーイベントへの出演。
2017年2月にツアーガイドを卒業し『株式会社秋コレ』を設立。
2013年～ツアーガイド経験を活かして執筆した『AKIBA Guide Book』ガイドブックシリーズをコミックマーケット他で頒布。
2015年～秋葉原エピソードを盛り込んだオリジナル小説『あきかふぇぷろじぇくと』原作（小説：雪村優凪）運営開始。声優を起用したネット番組、秋葉原の店舗インタビュー等を行う。
千代田区観光協会の写真コンテストにあきかふぇモデルの写真が入賞し、現在も東西自由通路内に掲示されている。
2024年～フリーペーパー秋コレ内にて、あきかふぇ小説連載を復活。絵、漫画、音楽、映像等…様々な創作活動をする人を応援したい！秋葉原を盛り上げたい！という気持ちで活動中。

秋葉原に住み、秋葉原地域の町会に在籍。秋葉原に会社を設立するくらいの秋葉原好き。
リアル秋葉原情報を発信しているフリーペーパー『秋コレ』（３万部発行）の執筆・発行。秋葉原の地域に根差した情報発信をメインに活動している。

Profile

Ruki Akiba has been frequenting Akihabara since the early 2000s, and became a guide maid at the Akihabara Tourist Information Center, dressed in maid attire. After graduating from a university with a degree in fashion design, she was employed by an apparel trading company. Simultaneously, she worked as a sole proprietor, organizing events themed around Akihabara. From 2013, she took charge of launching tour operations and training new guides at a travel agency in Akihabara, planning and exhibiting at events focused on Japan, Akihabara, and pop culture. Internationally, she participated in pop culture events in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the SUPER JAPAN EXPO in Chile. In February 2017, she graduated from being a tour guide and established "Akikore Corporation." Leveraging her experience as a tour guide since 2013, she authored and distributed the "AKIBA Guide Book" series at Comic Market and other venues.

From 2015, she began managing the original novel series "Aki Cafe Project" (written by Yuna Yukimura), incorporating episodes from Akihabara. This includes hosting internet shows featuring voice actors and interviewing stores in Akihabara. Her work with the "Aki Cafe" model in the Chiyoda Ward Tourism Association's photo contest has been awarded, and her photographs are still displayed in the east-west free passage today. Since 2024, she has revived the serialization of the Aki Cafe novel series in the free paper "Akikore," expressing a desire to support creators in various fields such as art, comics, music, and video, and to energize Akihabara.

Living in Akihabara and being a member of the local community association, Akiba is passionate about Akihabara to the extent of establishing a company there. She writes and publishes a free paper called "Akikore," with a circulation of 30,000 copies, mainly engaging in information dissemination rooted in the Akihabara region.

自2000年代初期開始頻繁造訪秋葉原，並在秋葉原觀光資訊中心以女僕裝扮擔任導遊。在完成服裝設計專業的大學學業後，她進入了一家服裝貿易公司工作。同時，她以個體經營者的身份，組織以秋葉原為主題的活動。從2013年開始，她在秋葉原的旅行社負責新的旅遊業務啟動和新導遊的培訓，策劃和展出專注於日本、秋葉原和流行文化的活動。在國際上，她參加了在台灣、香港和智利的SUPER JAPAN EXPO等流行文化活動。2017年2月，她結束了導遊的職業生涯，成立了「秋コレ株式會社」。利用自2013年以來的導遊經驗，她在Comic Market等場合撰寫並分發了「AKIBA Guide Book」系列。

Ruki Akiba ha estado frecuentando Akihabara desde principios de los años 2000 y se convirtió en una guía vestida de maid en el Centro de Información Turística de Akihabara. Después de graduarse de la universidad con un título en diseño de moda, fue empleada por una compañía de comercio de prendas de vestir. Al mismo tiempo, trabajó como empresaria individual, organizando eventos temáticos sobre Akihabara. Desde 2013, se encargó de lanzar operaciones de tours y entrenar a nuevos guías en una agencia de viajes en Akihabara, planeando y exhibiendo en eventos centrados en Japón, Akihabara y la cultura pop.
